N/A - package was only 'retired' in Rawhide because it's an EPEL-only package

This is needed in ELN because the Fedora spec in Rawhide now also turns off compat build for RHEL >= 10

Because it's blocked in Rawhide it seems that it's also blocked in ELN, see https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=124268662

This might be related: when requesting the ELN branch (without git branch so I can make sure I can start from whatever is in Rawhide without an unnecessary merge) it weirdly creates three tasks

The first seems valid, the second I had to close, the third auto-closed as invalid and the last two somehow is about a modular repo which I don't need at all
