Describe the issue

I'm trying to bootstrap ffmpeg v7 in F41 in my side tag f41-build-side-97359, but the _with_bootstrap macro I set in the side tag does not seem to be having any effect. Additionally, koji wait-repo on the side tag hangs for me.

When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)

ASAP. I'm trying to bootstrap the ffmpeg 7 upgrade right now.

When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)

When people need to no longer manually handle bootstrap builds. :smile:

If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?

I cannot proceed with bootstrapping an upgraded ffmpeg in Fedora 41 in time for Final Freeze.

Restarting kojira fixed the build. Closing the ticket.
