The package got orphaned and I took it back, but it seems to be in a half-limbo state?

So the issue here seems to be that the package was retired [1] after being orphaned for 6+ weeks.
I reverted [2] the retirement commit and unblocked the f40, f41 and f42 tags in Koji.

Could you try now, please?
