Describe the issue liblqr-1 is a stalled EPEL package. Per the EPEL stalled package policy - https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/epel/epel-policy/#stalled_epel_requests - I and @dcavalca have contacted the maintainer, twice, and waited the appropriate amount of time. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2311540 I am requesting epel-packagers-sig be given commit permissions so that they might branch and build this package in epel10. @dcavalca, who is member of the sig, while I am not, requested the sig to be added.
When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD) Asap, this is blocking several other packages up the dependencies chain.
When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD) When EPEL 10 is EOL, that is in 10 years
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? ImageMagick and several dependant packages cannot be added to EPEL 10.
