  • EPEL 10.0 branch: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=132152375 fails with "BuildError: package perl-Date-Holidays-DE not in list for tag epel10.0-testing-candidate"

It seems to be in those tags now.

The most likely scenario is that you kicked off the builds too quickly after requesting the branches and it just wasn't finished processing yet. Normally that processing happens very quickly, but sometimes it takes a bit longer. Either way, you should be able to proceed with the builds now.
