Fedora EPEL 8 Fedora 41 Fedora 42
Not sure about this.
The package is supposed to be active. Python 3.14 support landed upstream (which would fix https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2325218 on the next release).

Hello,
For some more context, the package was retired because it failed to install, as announced beforehand here [1]. We are currently discussing [2] what the best way to handle this (now and in the future) is in terms of our process, please be patient.
Thank you kindly.

@cleber May I ask for some clarification, please? The ticket says that you would like it unretired for EPEL8, F41, F42. One of the criteria for a package to be retired is that it contains the dead.package file in dist-git. Specifically the listed branches DON'T contain it, however F43 and rawhide do.
dead.package
Did you perhaps mean that the branches that need to be unretired are F43 and rawhide? Thank you.

The retirement was automatic due to the package being unable to be installed, as you noted on the other comment. That's why I'm request all previous enabled branches to be re-enabled.
Let me know if you need more info.
Those branches already / still are enabled. The retirement took effect in rawhide only.
So, right now, those branches are active and have the package in the repos... f43 and rawhide are blocked and do not.
So, if you want to take over as maintainer on the entire package, you want us to unretire f43 and rawhide ?

Yes, please!

No problem! The package should now be unretired (for all branches). In case you run into any issues feel free to re-open this ticket. Have a pleasant day.
