golang-github-ryszard-goskiplist is not being used anymore and I would like to orphan it.

When I click on orphan and add a reason I get the following error message:

Unable to orphan the package: An error occurred at the database level and prevent the action from reaching completion

I've been able to orphan other packages yesterday and today without issues.
