Retirement commit: 68228950216a92922ed1a3cb3aac9fc08042172f
Request: Please unretire epel10 (either remove dead.package or reset to abda58115188fd5843e2ff35b63fe24065613994) and unblock builds as needed.

Notes:
- Push attempts now fail with: "Branch refs/heads/epel10 is unsupported. Cannot push to a disabled branch (maybe eol?)."
