#12942 Untag openjph-0.22.0-1.fc44 and openjph-0.22.0-1.eln151

  • Describe the issue
Please untag openjph-0.22.0-1.fc44 and openjph-0.22.0-1.eln151 . They bump the library soname and break libheif (which requires it). Both KDE and GNOME require libheif, so this breaks both of our release blocking desktops. This cannot be easily fixed with a rebuild of libheif, because there's a dependency loop issue: libheif indirectly buildrequires itself.
DEBUG util.py:459: Problem 1: package gdk-pixbuf2-2.43.5-2.fc44.x86_64 from build requires libglycin-2.so.0()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed

DEBUG util.py:459: - conflicting requests
  • When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)
    ASAP

  • When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
If the loop is somehow broken and libheif rebuilt

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
Both major desktops are broken in Rawhide, all updates will fail gating

CC @slaanesh . Please do not waive failures without being very sure about it.
