EPEL only, in response to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2394905, which is a requirement to fix https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2368493

python-pymilter isn't an orphaned package. The current maintainers are @gui1ty and @sdgathman.

rhbz#2394905 is set to "Orphan Owner" because that is the default EPEL bugzilla assignee. That may be a mistake, or it may be intentional because the current maintainers are only interested in Fedora and there was previously another maintainer who was responsible for the EPEL branches.

Perhaps the maintainers would be willing to add you as a co-maintainer and default assignee for EPEL bugs?
