The rust-jiter0.10 was properly retired using fedpkg retire, but it was never blocked in koji. This is another case of the general problem reported in https://pagure.io/releng/issue/13018.

2026/03/31, the Fedora 44 Final Freeze, because this package should at least not be included in Fedora 44!

Always useful.

This “zombie” package hangs around in Rawhide. Packagers might add dependencies on it without realizing it is supposed to have been retired.
