• Describe the issue

Going through the EPEL 10.0 EOL process[0], one of the required steps is to remove the release from the Koschei platform.
I would like to request permissions to be able to execute the described tasks[1] for this and future EPEL minor EOLs

• When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)
  When possible

• When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
  Always useful

• If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
  Someone else will need to do it, or the Koschei will end up being saturated with EOL releases :).
