Trying to get test Flatpak content built: it turns out that staging MBS will only build RPM components from staging dist-git (https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/6996), so I need the following RPMs to be mirrored into staging dist-git.

 flatpak-runtime-config
 flatpak-rpm-macros
 banner

Or, if mirroring isn't easy, I can just push the necessary content to the master branch once the repositories are created.
