    Package was unretired in 7669 releng issue but I haven't commit rights still. I'm main admin at src.f.o for tklib, have rawhide, f2x and epel7 branches rw permissions but not el6.

@krege I dont know whats going on but I regenerated the acls, can you give it a try and let us know if the issue is fixed or not?
