  • Describe the issue
    Only after a repository for speech-tools was created (see issue https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1592220) the underscore issue was brough to light. I decided to go with the rename to speech-tools (of course also in the package), so if you could delete srpms/speech_tools and create srpms/speech-tools, it would help. As the package is a new thing in the repositories, the rename has no effects for other packages in the Fedora repos.
  • When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)
    Sooner is better, but i have no idea of an exact date.
  • When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
    There's no non-usefulness deadline.
  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
    I'll likely go with the underscored name, but it will make some people unhappy and it might create issues when the guidelines around upstream naming and underscores are make more strict.

Does it still apply when the package actually never was in the Fedora repositories?

@tyrylu The package "speech_tools" repo is already created. So, you have to go through the package renaming process as mentioned in https://pagure.io/releng/issue/7702#comment-527897
