You should be able to do it with this command:

python push-two-week-atomic.py -k fedora-28 -r 28 --pungi-compose-id  Fedora-28-updates-20180902.0

We will be using AH artifacts from Fedora-28-updates-20180902.0, hence no --ostree-pungi-compose-id option is needed.
