Please see the GIMP as a Module Change for Fedora 30. I don't expect releng work beyond integrating the ’Set default stream and profile for gimp’ pull request.

RelEng acknowledges the change and will review the default stream PR when its ready.

Do people understand that packaging sources can't be retired in order to produce modules?

FYI, change talks about ursa-major which is still not available, and there is ticket about this somewhere...
