Name of the module?

Every module I maintain (bat, libgit2, ripgrep, stratis, probably more)

Stream name(s) and the new EOL date?

Every branch which had EOL this december and except for branches like master. New EOL date is June 1st. 2019.

Any extra information?

I don't have enough information to give you more concrete information.
