Not sure why, but can't I add @diehlpk to the rpms/hpx repo as a committer. I am getting a "This user must be in one of the following groups to be allowed to be added to this project: packager" error, however according to his FAS, he is in the packager group already.

Group membership is populated on login. Can you please ask them to logout and back on and see if it works?

To be completely clear here I meant logout and log back in to https://src.fedoraproject.org not any local machines...

Yes, I just restarted my local machine before I logged in to https://src.fedoraproject.org/ again to assure that no old session or cookie is still present.

And now you are there and it worked.
