Bootstrapping xreader has already been done for EPEL7 (xreader-1.6.1-1.el7). However, when cinnamon was retired xreader was retired as well. As part of the un-retirement I'd prefer not to re-bootstrap xreader (I believe it is 6 total builds to bootstrap vs the tag).

Can xreader-1.6.1-1.el7 be re-tagged for epel7-testing-candidate. I'm going to build a new version of xreader, but would prefer not to redo the overall bootstrap against nemo.

Similarly, can cinnamon-control-center-3.6.5-2.el7 be tagged for epel7-testing-candidate. This build will be obsolete once I build cinnamon-control-center-3.6.5-3.el7 but will save the trouble of re-bootstraping that as well.
