This ticket will be used for requesting pushes of tested blocker / freeze exception fixes during F30 release freezes. See ​​​​​​https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:SOP_blocker_bug_process and ​​​​​​https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:SOP_freeze_exception_bug_process . Similar to candidate compose request tickets, this ticket can be closed by releng after each push and re-opened by QA each time a new push is needed.

httpcomponents-client-4.5.7-1.fc30 update does not really fix FE bug it claims to. The bug is about dependency problems and the update is actually a rebase to new upstream version and has nothing to do with fixing dependencies, or with the bug that was approved as FE.

Edit: It turns about that the update needs to be pushed to stable because the GA compose contains it. Nevermind then.
