There's no f30 branch, and I am getting a "pre-receive hook declined" error when I try to push one myself.

Before Fedora 30 is released.

• When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Once Fedora 30 goes EOL.

• If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?

Those trying to use Fedora 30 Silverblue for development will be severely impacted.
