It seems that we need rust-packaging unblocked so that users can still have rust2rpm to generate spec files . So that at this point we just block all crates but not utilities we maintain for packaging.

Done.

So far the list of packages that should be included as part of branching is

  • rust-srpm-macros
  • rust-packaging
