    For some reason, my package rust-pretty-git-prompt is not available in Fedora 30 (it's in Fedora since 28 and it's actively maintained: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=26252 ). There is even a F30 build in the list so I don't understand how come it didn't make it to F30.

I just requested a F30 branch but it seems the package needs to be enabled for a build in 30 as well:

BuildError: package rust-pretty-git-prompt is blocked for tag f30-updates-candidate
