  A new repository request[1] was made for python-colcon-zsh, but was closed as invalid citing "The PDC branch already exists". Indeed, the package exists in PDC[1], but the dist-git link is dead.

• If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
  The package cannot be added to Fedora or EPEL, which will block other packages which already have dist-git repositories and are waiting only for this package.
