Please sign FCOS release 30.20190905.0 artifacts and import the OSTree commit into the Fedora unified repo. S3 build dir path is s3://fcos-builds/prod/streams/testing/builds/30.20190905.0.

The CHECKSUMS.sig file is signed with my FAS account GPG key located here

s3 sync unsing --acl=public-read didn't work, @dustymabe fixed it in the s3 bucket directly. Other than that, the release should be signed.
