    After https://pagure.io/releng/pull-request/8945 is merge we need to push a release of the Fedora container base image so that the latest tag now points to Fedora 31.

Version to release:
F30, F31 and F32.

  • When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?

I have opened the docker hub PR[0], by the time it is merged by the Docker folks F31 should be GA :-)
