I plan to maintain this package for F30/F31. Right now plan to unretire it from master as thunderbird change its APIs so that enigmail can not work anymore (this decision may change depending on how much maintenance is required in F31 and how fast Thunderbird follows through with their API changes).

Package is now unretired.
