    Scilab depends on the arpack library, which is currently FTBFS and soon to be retired:

There are renewed efforts to fix arpack upstream, however. See:

arpack was recently rebuilt: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1418485

It's scilab that doesn't built: Please change the status of that bugzilla and fix the problem to avoid getting it orphaned again: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1736646
