Currently (2019/12/04 14:58 JST = 5:58 UTC) there are 63 packages hanging on f32-updates-testing-pending:

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/builds?inherited=0&tagID=11519&order=-build_id&latest=1

and they are not moving to f32 buildroot. Again I am building ruby-gnome related packages and at least unless rubygem-glib2-3.4.1-1.fc32 is not tagged into f32 buildroot, I cannot proceed subsequent package builds.

Would someone investigate the current status?

@cverna did you fix this already? or is there something further going on?

Yes this now fixed upstream https://github.com/fedora-infra/bodhi/pull/3829
