Describe the issue
I am kindly asking for unretirement of swing-layout project, since it is still fairly used.
Already did a rebuild and asked for a review and the package was approved.

I need to unretire branches f30, master. I read, that for new branches (f31,f32) will be necessary to write another ticket.

The package is now unretired and you are the main admin of it.
