The package is now unretired.

@ppisar You will need perl-Crypt-Random-TESHA2 as well according to https://churchyard.fedorapeople.org/orphans-2020-03-16.txt

I removed that dependency. From security point of view it's better to use /dev/random than a yet another uncertified RNG source (perl-Crypt-Random-TESHA2).
