Please unretire rpms/perl-Gnome2-Vte package since Fedora 32 and give it to me (ppisar).

I removed it because it was articulated that "vte" dependency will be removed, but it never happened. And now I got a request for that package https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1817061.

@ppisar The re-review is not approved yet, please let us know when its approved and we can unretire it for you.

I thought that rereview is needed after 6 months. And it seems to be 8 weeks.

@ppisar perl-Gnome2-Vte is now unretired for master, please use fedpkg request-branch to request f32 branch.
