The following builds are done but not tagged. When I try to tag them, I get an error (TagError: build python-theano-1.0.4-6.fc33.1 not complete: state BUILDING)

We cannot merge the f33-python side tag.

So, I tried tagging and it didn't work

$ koji tag-build f33-python python-lz4-3.0.2-3.fc33 ceph-15.2.2-3.fc33 python-theano-1.0.4-6.fc33.1
2020-05-27 14:36:07,773 [ERROR] koji: TagError: build python-lz4-3.0.2-3.fc33 not complete: state BUILDING

So, I canceled the task and thought it might let me tag the builds

$ koji cancel 45062943 45045369 45064989
$ koji tag-build f33-python python-lz4-3.0.2-3.fc33 ceph-15.2.2-3.fc33 python-theano-1.0.4-6.fc33.1 --force
2020-05-27 14:37:34,415 [ERROR] koji: TagError: build python-lz4-3.0.2-3.fc33 not complete: state CANCELED

So, now I resubmitted the tasks and the new tasks are:
