I have no idea if the builder needs some manual purging or if this just one-time problem. Please determine the impact and close as invalid if nothing is needed to be done.

Also breaking composes. Can we not find some stuff to throw away to unblock...everything...while we work on the solution @smooge mentioned in the infra ticket?
This has been fixed by @smooge by reducing the number of snapshots we keep.
