I'm working on implementing the EPEL Next proposal. After #9850 is complete, the next step will be to configure grobispliter to flatten the CentOS Stream 8 modular content.

Prevents EPEL Next proposal from being completed, which impacts CentOS Stream adoption.

Yes, I set the due date as a goal, which was missed. The request is still valid but doesn't have a hard deadline. The sooner it happens the sooner the EPEL Next proposal can proceed.

Grobisplitter is now able to split CentOS-stream.

Script should run every day at 10:10 UTC. Please note that Devel in Stream does not have the packages which regular release has so some packages will not build.
