The epel-release-latest packages at https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/ need to get updated.

epel-release-latest-8.noarch.rpm actually is epel-release-8-9.el8.noarch.rpm, but we already have epel-release-8-9.el8.noarch.rpm in https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/8/Everything/x86_64/Packages/e/

The same for epel-release-latest-7, there's a newer package available.

We can do it by updating the updates-sync script to verify and update the symlink for latest epel-release builds
