I was only attempting a simple rebuild. That's up to the actual maintainer.

Filezilla will not be able to be updated.

This is probably because the centos-devel repo is not updated to 8.3 yet, once it is updated it should be fixed.

Closing the ticket as there isn't much we can do here.
