EPEL 8 builds fail in buildSRPMFromSCM stage. root.log says:
DEBUG util.py:634: Error: DEBUG util.py:634: Problem: package git-2.27.0-1.el8.ppc64le requires perl(Term::ReadKey), but none of the providers can be installed DEBUG util.py:634: - conflicting requests DEBUG util.py:634: - nothing provides libperl.so.5.26()(64bit) needed by perl-TermReadKey-2.37-7.el8.ppc64le DEBUG util.py:634: - nothing provides perl(:MODULE_COMPAT_5.26.2) needed by perl-TermReadKey-2.37-7.el8.ppc64le
There seems to be a mismatch in perl versions, some packages have been updated to use 5.30 while some are still trying to use 5.26.

I upgraded the grobisplitter to the current one in the modularity repository and it seems to have broken splitting. I am reverting and will rerun the split. I will need help from releng to get builders to see this. ETA 15:30 UTC

I have reverted the change and regenerated the split. Could you try again and let me know if this works now?
