Enable the repo --name --url command in kickstart configuration

With the start of self.cfg.repo_override[] and all related functions, this should not be too hard to achieve.

There's a difference though in adding the kickstart URLs and overriding the other repos. We do allow an repo-less yum config, don't we? but we still need a configuration file for yum.
