This command helps to generate a file containing necessary information in order to report issue conveniently without missing something that developer cares about and is useful for debugging. Before sending to developers (whatever file a bug in BZ, an issue in pagure.io, or a mail), reporter can add additional information to describe the problem in more detail.

This file may includes

• versions of packages: pyrpkg, koji, fedora-packager
• the history steps to complete the command, that is the output when -d and -v are specified
• the traceback
• kerberos information
  • whether there is credential in the cache
  • if the credential is initialized with a principal that has FEDORAPROJECT.ORG or STG.FEDORAPROJECT.ORG

What else need to be added?

In downstream package tool, e.g. fedpkg, it could include version of fedpkg.
