#277 Update Jenkins job to run tox

As per title, to run tests with tox in Jenkins job. Run testenvs

  • EL6: py26
  • EL7: py26
  • F25: py27, py35
  • F26: py27, py36

Before start, double-confirm with infra to ensure python35 and python36 are installed in F25 and F26 individually.

Because of using tox, rpkg tests can run in one machine in different Python versions. So, only F26 is necessary to run tests, it is no need to run tests again in other EL6, EL7 and F25 systems.

Ticket #6630 for ensure python26 and python35 are installed in F26 slave in https://jenkins.fedorainfracloud.org/
