In a non-fedora repo (while developing a new package), running: 

fedpkg --dist f25 mock-config > f25.cfg

results in "Failed to get module name from Git url or pushurl" getting written to f25.cfg. I would argue that it should get written to stderr instead.

How the logging works now: messages with INFO level get printed to stdout, WARNING and higher go to stderr. I admit this particular message feels more like a warning than info.
