Just trying rpmautospec for the first time and I am surprised by "Could not execute import_srpm: SRPM was processed by rpmautospec (specfile "rubygem-redis-client.spec" was analyzed)" message. And while I understand that the SRPM was modified, I consider this error message as just disservice to everybody.
I was using fedpkg import, because that is basically the only reasonable way to import the latest state of the repository into the git. And what am I supposed to use now? I don't want to choose between fedpkg import and rpmautospec. But if I need, then I'll choose the former.
fedpkg import
rpmautospec

Commit d87cb37f fixes this issue
Commit d87cb37 fixes this issue
Clarification: The commit relates to this issue, real fix is tracked in #641.
I thought, that the comment https://github.com/fedora-copr/copr/issues/2317 said, that #641 is a different issue. So is #655 something that is temporary and you want a more general solution #641?
