spectool is giving the same output for "-a", "-S", "-P" ie all sources and patches get listed.
Similarly "spectool -g -S" also tries to download patches.
This doesn't happen with rpmdevtools-8.10.

Hm. I think the logic I had for the "--all" switch is wrong. I'll look into it.

@ngompa would it be possible to make a new release? There are a few bugfixes (including for this one) and rpmautospec support, which has now been deployed to prod.
