Tree-sitter is a library for parsing programming languages and similar. The parser for each language sits in its own repository, so we could end up with lots of packages.

Upstream are considering additional standardisation of the build process for tree-sitter parsers, but this should get us started for now.

An example of a package using this template is libtree-sitter-java.

Please don't use forge macros here, as they're not available across all the distributions that ship these templates.
