The README is really close to rST, but Sphinx does print a few errors when parsing it with rst2html, and the file has no .rst suffix.

It would be great to transform this to syntactically-valid rST so Pagure will render the Sphinx in README.rst as HTML on the home page of https://pagure.io/sigul . This will make the documentation easier to read and understand.
