This series contains patches from https://github.com/sigul-project/sigul/commits/master/ which are not present in this repository, and which are also currently part of the downstream build (https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2516900).

@kevin assuming these patches line up with what you are running in production, I'll merge this and well as PR 24, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 31 for the 1.3 release.
