#103 Deploy latest yumrepoinfo.conf after Fedora 22 has become stable

The config file has been adjusted in D377. Now we need to hot-patch this on all our buildslaves using ansible. (It might be wise to deploy it to dev/stg first, wait a few hours, and then deploy it to production).

This ticket had assigned some Differential requests:

ansible bits updated, new yumrepoinfo deployed to dev

whoops - I misread the playbook and the changes weren't actually deployed to dev. I've fixed that, deployed the new config to dev and will be doing stg/prod shortly

deployed to stg and prod over the weekend. Re-open if there are additional issues
