The Font SIG has some tests they use to check font correctness etc - see repo-font-audit from ​http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/fontpackages.git or the fontpackages-tools package, for example.

There's a fontlint test (which could run post-koji-build) but there are also some font properties that are not exported as RPM headers, which means that some of the font checks might require an external font metadata db.
